Our Team

Ambierre began her career in the real estate industry in 2008 renovating distressed homes. Since this was a tough time for the economy she was excited to bring once run-down homes back to the market in fantastic condition. This led to a passion for both real estate and design. Over the last twelve years, she and her husband have "flipped" over 300 homes. As the market in Colorado became more robust, she began to work more with clients to buy and sell homes. Since 2016 she has sold over 80 Million dollars in real estate over the course of almost 100 sales. The experience and expertise that has come with that volume is something that sets her apart.

In 2019 she started her own real estate and design firm and embarked on a fun journey as an entrepreneur. An additional focus on unique properties, acreage properties, and land sales gave her the opportunity to expand her knowledge.

She has taken a deep dive into learning about subjects such as water rights, land subdivision, conveyance, title, construction and so much more. She's found that management as well as real estate are her true strengths.

In 2023, Ambierre began working at Guardian Real Estate Group to align with the best in the industry.
