Peak & Prairie is a Compass team offering full-service Real Estate and Interior Design services. Founded by Colorado native, Ambierre Rediger, Peak & Prairie has expertise in all aspects of residential Real Estate. As the Team Lead, Ambierre brings nearly 12 years of experience in Real Estate and has honed her Interior Design expertise over numerous construction projects. Broker Associates Laura Rojas and Allison Crouder offer services for any buyer or seller looking to Find Their Place In The World. Pam Devaney provides the team and it's clients with Marketing and PR expertise, as a former Broker in California she knows the industry well and will soon be offering full Real Estate services in Colorado as well.

​​​​​​​Ambierre began her career in the real estate industry in 2008 and founded the Peak & Prairie brand as a solo entrepreneur in 2019, bringing the entire companies’ portfolio to Compass only a year later. “Compass has the best technology and culture I could find. I was enjoying running Peak & Prairie independently, but couldn’t come anywhere near matching Compass’ capabilities on my own. I knew Compass was the right brand to merge with Peak & Prairie because we share the value of always putting people first.”, said Ambierre. 

“Living on land afforded us the freedom to change our lifestyle. Now we are more intentional; connecting to nature by growing our food, raising animals and stewarding the pine forest we get to live in.” Another bonus - she moved in right next door to Laura.

Born and raised in Texas Laura relocated from Houston, TX  to Cherry Hills Village in 2013, and then moved out to Franktown in 2016. Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Human Resources from St. Mary’s University (San Antonio, TX). Before becoming a real estate broker, I worked in Human Resources for over 15 years. I worked as a Human Resources Manager for Kinder Morgan (pipeline industry company) in the oil and gas industry in Houston, Texas for over twelve years.

​​​​​​​Laura's and Ambierre's two families quickly became friends and Laura joined the Peak & Prairie team in 2020 as a Broker Associate. In 2021, the Peak & Prairie team grew again, adding Broker Associate Allison Crouder & Marketing and PR Specialist, Pam Devaney. Allison and Pam bonded over their love of the equestrian lifestyle. Allison brings local area knowledge and a sense of adventure to the team. Pam brings a long history in Real Estate and Title, plus an expertise in Marketing & PR.
